The Human mind toggles between presence and dissociation.
There's nothing personal about this occurring, it feels very personal, however it's not and it happens to everyone. This section is designed to help you learn to spot the differneces in yourself, so you can more assertively regain a sense of presence.
Presence is our most natural state of being. There is presence and there is everything else.
